$320 + GST per night Monday – Thursday
$365 + GST per night Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Minimum 2 night stay. Rates are for 2 people. If the second bedroom is booked there’s an additional payment of $200 + GST per night to accommodate 3-4 people.
Please note that weekend rates apply for long weekends and busy holiday periods.
Our rate includes provisions for a full hot breakfast: fresh eggs from our chooks, bacon, cereals, fresh bread, butter and jams, milk, juice, along with a selection of tea and Nespresso coffees.
A Luxurious Farm Stay Experience
With magnificent views across a valley, The Barn has two king bedrooms with their own sitting areas, and a large open plan dining and living area with modern furnishings and a pot belly stove to keep you toasty in winter. Firewood is included. You can also relax outside with a glass of wine on the deck by our fire pit and enjoy the views.
There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized oven so there’s no need to leave if staying in is what you’d like to do. It really is a fully equipped kitchen. If you feel like baking a cake we have everything you need. Outside there’s a BBQ for you to use.
Our animal family would love to meet you! By arrangement you’re welcome to interact with and feed the friendly animals in our petting zoo and our two dogs.
Important Guest Information
Due to the nature and potential hazards associated with a working farm, The Barn is an adults only retreat. We’d hate to expose children to any potential risks around our animals.
Sadly, we can’t allow pets to be brought into the property due to it being a working farm as we must follow bio hazard control standards.
The tranquillity of staying at Tambo Farm needs to be experienced to be fully understood. Our guests often comment that our photos don’t do justice to their 5 star experience.
Please note: The Barn is designed to cater for a total of 4 guests with 2 king bedrooms. The listed rate is for the full use of the facilities, including the use of 1 bedroom (for 2 guests). Bookings for more than 2 guests incur a surcharge of $200.
If you need to make a booking for more than 4 guests we can usually accommodate with fold out bedding. Please contact us to discuss arrangements.
When making a booking request, please specify the number of guests correctly.

Full payment is required upon booking.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your arrival you will forfeit 50% of your payment.
If you cancel your booking within 14 days of your arrival you will be charged in full.
Damage
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. We may recover from you the repair or replacement cost (at our discretion).
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by us as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged to the booking party. Examples include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests or visitors (that is, a person a Guest permits others to visit the Property during the Booking) beyond those declared.
